Making Women in Construction Visible to the Right Decision-Makers

The Problem

Hoya Foundation positions itself around a clear mission: helping businesses build capacity, increasing workforce, and opening opportunities for girls—especially within construction and transportation. But a strong mission still needs consistent visual communication to reach the audiences that can create real hiring and partnership outcomes.

For campaigns focused on girls in construction, one of the biggest challenges is attention and perception. Social platforms are crowded, and audiences scroll quickly—especially corporate audiences who need a reason to stop, read, and remember. The content had to be visually strong enough to stand out on Facebook while still feeling credible to construction corporations and industry decision-makers.

Another challenge was representation. Promoting women in heavy machinery and construction roles requires visuals that feel empowering and realistic—not generic stock-style messaging. The graphics needed to communicate opportunity, capability, and industry relevance in a way that aligns with HOYA’s goal of expanding the workforce and building business capacity.

The core problem was to create graphic content that promotes women in construction and transportation in a bold, professional way—built for Facebook distribution and targeted toward construction corporations.

Stronger Awareness and More Professional Campaign Presentation

The Results

The graphic content provided Hoya Foundation with a clearer, more consistent visual presence for Facebook promotions aimed at construction corporations. By highlighting women in heavy machinery and construction contexts, the campaign assets helped reinforce the initiative’s purpose: expanding workforce opportunities while improving representation in traditionally male-dominated roles.

Because the designs were structured for quick scanning and mobile viewing, the message could be understood quickly—important for social advertising where attention is limited. The overall look and consistency also supported credibility: when targeting corporate audiences, presentation matters, and campaign-quality graphics help the message feel more professional and trustworthy.

In summary, the deliverables strengthened how Hoya Foundation communicates its mission online, making it easier to promote girls in construction with visuals that are bold, clear, and aligned with the construction and transportation industry.
