I supported Hoya Foundation and the Transportation & Construction Girl initiative through graphic design for Facebook content intended to advertise and promote women entering construction and heavy machinery roles. The work was built with two priorities: visual impact for social feeds, and professional tone suitable for corporate targeting.
Key actions I took included:
- Designed graphic content for Facebook promotions aligned with Hoya Foundation’s mission and industry positioning
- Created visuals featuring women in construction and heavy machinery to reinforce representation and capability
- Structured layouts for fast readability on mobile (clear hierarchy, strong headlines, and clean spacing)
- Developed campaign-style creatives suitable for corporate audiences and construction corporations
- Maintained consistent branding elements to support recognition across multiple posts
- Optimized designs for social posting and advertising formats to support targeting and distribution
Throughout the designs, I focused on making the message straightforward: HOYA Foundation is leading in construction and transportation by building workforce capacity and creating opportunities for girls. The graphics were designed to feel both empowering and industry-relevant—so the content connects emotionally while still speaking to business needs.
