To address these challenges, I designed and developed a comprehensive Student Profiling and Automated Services System tailored specifically for CVSU-Silang OSAS. The goal was to replace manual workflows with a centralized digital platform that could improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of student data.
I began by analyzing existing OSAS workflows and identifying areas where automation could deliver the greatest impact. From there, I translated operational requirements into a structured system capable of managing student profiles, service requests, incident reports, counseling records, and graduate tracking—all within a single platform.
The Student Profiling module became the core of the system. It allowed OSAS staff to store and access comprehensive student information securely, including personal details, academic data, and support-related records. This enabled faster identification of students requiring intervention and improved coordination between different OSAS services.
Automation played a critical role in improving efficiency. Reporting tools were built to generate statistical summaries instantly, while service modules streamlined counseling requests, incident reporting, and case management. Graduate tracing functionality was also integrated to help CVSU-Silang OSAS monitor alumni outcomes and assess program effectiveness over time.
Key actions I took included:
- Designed a centralized Student Profiling system for CVSU-Silang OSAS
- Automated student services such as counseling, incident reporting, and case tracking
- Developed instant report generation for meetings and compliance requirements
- Implemented graduate tracing to track alumni career outcomes
- Optimized data visualization to support proactive decision-making
Throughout development, I focused on usability, data accuracy, and scalability. The system was designed to support future service expansion while maintaining data integrity and ease of use. By aligning technical solutions with real OSAS workflows, the platform became a practical tool rather than just a digital record system.
